This site has an optional PDF document viewing facility that uses Google Document Viewer. MyExtras creates a temporary copy of your Extras Notice for online PDF viewing purposes that uses this facility. These temporary and encoded files are automatically deleted on a daily basis. We also utilise Google's Web Speech API in our text to talk and talk to text functions. This requires connection to the google servers when using the Chromium Web browser. The first time speech recognition is used, Chrome needs to ask the user for permission to use the microphone.

It is your responsibility for maintaining the security of your MyExtras login details. Users are strongly advised to take advantage of the additional passcode security options that the site provides.
